If you read my About Page it gives you a good idea of where I was in February 2018. Such a lot has happened since then and I am probably a totally different person to who I was at that time.

I’ve been through an incredibly tough period of growth – I lost work, home, friends, my dogs. I have experienced loss and grief. But life is about choices – I could choose to follow the “Poor Me” path or I can view these challenges as lessons. I chose the latter.

I qualified as an Holistic Counsellor because however tough my life can get, there are others out there who have no idea how to get out of their life challenges. And so, my on-line course Helping You developed.

Based on Mindfulness and ANSR, the course helps you to gain understanding of why you feel as you do, but without the often traumatic deep digging into the events that triggered things. A gradually-increasing series of tasks and tools are given that help you learn to flip your thought patterns and start the healing process.
